This is a $5 house-value casino chip released in March of 1996 to celebrate Sheryl Crow with lyrics from her song "Leaving Las Vegas" inscribed on it. There were only 5,350 of these chips put into circulation.

These chips are estimated to be approximately 40 years old. They are fairly common and can still be found on the open market. Many are still in good condition.
